MARKETING:

• Undertstanding the Events & Film/Tv Production business and developing practical and Achieveable strategies to reach the target customer/audience.
• Will be responsible for all marketing initiatives of the firm.
• Will have to initiate, develop, manage, and measure all digital marketing campaigns and utilise a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC on various platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Google etc. to deliver pre-defined marketing objectives.
• Build the right reporting/analytics for tracking the key performance marketing.
• Achieve the targeted ROI for all Adspends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all marketing initiatives. 
• Initiate, develop, monitor, measure all online marketing campaigns.
• Manage brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
• Manage the company website and devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 
• Initiate, develop, monitor, measure, and oversee social media strategy for the company. 
• Liaison with creative agency for branding initiatives as well as all promotional and marketing material. 
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Preparing Emailers for email markting stratgies. Writing a persuasive write up in order to grab potential clients.

PR:

• planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;
• liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;
• liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email;
• researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
• collating and analysing media coverage;
• writing and editing in-house magazines, Emailers,case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
• preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
• devising and coordinating photo opportunities;
• organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
• maintaining and updating information on the organisation's website;
• managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook;
• sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;
• commissioning market research;
• fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives;
• managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
