Job description:

1. Create concept based communication for product collaterals - website, literatures, sales sheets, packaging, product demos, user guides.
2. Write engaging content for ads, articles, blogs, Press releases, product case studies, stories, industry articles, white papers, award entries and social media.
3. Define the content tagging, archiving and taxonomy strategy.
4. Analyze and create/modify content processes, templates, and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work.
5. Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned.
6. Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize them.
7. Plan and execute site updates, engaging team members and department managers, as needed.
8. Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support campaigns, promotions, and events, to promote the brand online.
9. Manage internal and external teams and writers to ensure timely delivery of updates, articles and quality content.
10. Market research/ competitive research on various topics.
