We at Resource HuntGroup are looking for Candidates to work as a TRAINEE RECRUITER (US IT Recruiter).

Any BPO/Customer Support experience would be an added advantage but not must.

 NOTE1: NEED ONLY MALE CANDIDATES…..

NOTE2: CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS…..

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.

2. Analyzing and understanding the technical recruitment.

3. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure

4. Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.

5. Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.

Required Skills:

• Must be a graduate in any stream. (Pursuing candidates need not apply).

• 18 months commitment has to be given.

• Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT as per US time zone.

• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

• Never give up attitude.
