Job description:

Mortgage Banking Technology organization is looking for a talented and highly motivated individual for building and managing its JAVA and .NET development and production applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day support of the applications, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issue resolution or escalation
• Drive execution capabilities and efficiencies across the organization
• Day-to-day resource management and Project Execution
• Primarily responsible for accurate problem identification, recommendation of system or design fixes, and resolution of incidents
• Influence production stability through strong production Readiness management
• Manage production infrastructure (servers/network) and maintenance periods
• Develop and distribute accurate performance metrics
• Support information gathering for the audit and ITRisk agenda

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in a technology related field, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or equivalent 

Experience:

• 10 years experience required
• Experience in JAVA, .NET
• Understanding of Clustering / load balancing
• Knowledge of any scheduler (adTempus/Control-M)
• Proven track record of high quality software delivery
• Experience in Developing and managing high-performing teams
• Extensive Project and Resource management experience
• Proven leadership and organizational management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to mentor others
• Commitment to excellence, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment
