We are Hiring for HR /Sr. HR Executive for Baner, Pune Location. (Female Candidates only apply)

Experience required : 3 to 6 years 

Work Location: Baner, Pune, India. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

1) Candidate Must have experience in HR operations. Freshers need not apply.

2) Candidate should fulfill below mention Education criteria.

3) Candidate having experience handling either of Audits : ISO/ISMS/CMMI will be preferred.

4) Candidate must have experience in Training and development process.

5) Candidates open for Baner location, only apply.

6) Candidate already interviewed in last 3 months, need not apply again.

7) Candidate with more than 1+ years of professional gap, please do not apply. 

8) Candidate with IT Software company experience will be add on.

Candidate not fulfilling the eligibility criteria, will not be interviewed.

Qualification: 

Graduate: BE/Bcom/BA/BBA/BCS/BCA/BSC AND

Post graduate : 2 years full time course in HR : MPM (HR) or MBA in HR.

Job Description and Responsibilities: 

Looking for Experienced HR professional.

* Recruitment 

* HR Administration

* Manage full employee life cycle from Induction to Exit.

* Prepare & Maintain documents as Per Audit requirement. Drive internal audits to review compliance of processes and report gaps. Facilitate and Face Internal/ External Audits (ISO 9001/27001, CMMI Level 3 etc)

* Experience in Training & Development Process.

* Performance Management

* Handling Employee Grievances, Employee Retention and Satisfaction.

* Responsible for effective execution of Reward and Recognization program and Employee Engagement.

* Assisting HR Manager in Day-to-day HR activities.* Assist in formulating HR strategy, systems and processes

* Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and Policies.

* Implements and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business.

* Facilitate services of various stakeholders like Admin and Finance to develop optimal solutions to complex challenges

* Responsible for Record Keeping, MIS. 

* Responsible for regular HR Communication and updation of intranet, HR web pages

* Knowledge and understanding of market trends and Best in Class practices

Desired Profile: 

* Candidate must have Excellent English communication skills both oral & written (mandatory).

* Candidate must have prior experience in Training and development process.

* Prior experience handling either ISO process OR CMMI process is required, hence such Candidates will be preferred. *Prior experience handling Training and Development process is preferred.

* Good understanding of HR system procedures.

* Should have People Management and Analytical skills.

* Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* Ability to work with different groups of people, across Operations and functions.

* Must be process oriented and focused on details.

* Possesses hands on approach to completing a given task takes ownership and deliver to tight deadlines.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

* Should be able to work in high work pressure with high speed and prompt response time

* Self-motivated having positive attitude, Honest.

* Open to work beyond the working hours.
