Responsibilities include:
- Collaboration with key business and HR partners to understand and help determine short and long term talent acquisition needs to meet business objectives
- Develop strong and effective partnerships with business leaders, executives, HR Managers and to advance talent acquisition initiatives
- Partner with talent sourcing to build candidate generation plans, which include industry/competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates
- Develop, drive and execute comprehensive staffing strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates in the software development space including driving a business plan which leverages support teams including talent sourcing, competitive research, and industry knowledge
- Deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions drawing upon consulting skills and staffing expertise to recommend best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire
- Provide strategic consulting and influencing skills to provide talent acquisition expertise and recommendations to hiring managers and business leaders
- Serve as leader on recruiting strategies - develop/implement strategy and timeline - drive the business from selection to closure
- Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and clients to consult on specifics for the position, leveling/compensation strategy and market trends
- Understand candidate career goals, design compensation recommendations, and consult to clients on how to successfully hire the right candidates
- Monitor and analyze staffing information and data to identify trends and/or opportunities to improve client group hiring capability or results
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of staffing/recruiting experience requiring account management and candidate generation, preferably with experience in the software product development industry
- Proven success in developing short and long term staffing plans for complex organizations in partnership with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability in sourcing, building and maintaining candidate pipelines - including using relationship management techniques yielding high quality candidates for short and long term hiring needs
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting staffing, candidate, and industry trends & data to recommend actions for clients
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Ability to interact and influence business leaders at varying levels - from new managers to General Managers
