Calcutta University has published notification for the recruitment of Deputy university librarian, Assistant University Librarian vacancies.

1. Deputy University Librarian: 01 Post

2. Assistant University Librarian: 03 Posts

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Library Science/ information science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Interview.

Application Form & Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 300/- (Rs. 120/- for SC/ ST & OBC candidates) through Demand Draft. Download the application form from the University Website or Obtainable from the University Sales Counter, 87/1, College Street, Kolkata-73, on payment of Rs. 300.00/- (Application fees shall not be charged in case of candidates belonging to the SC/ ST, Rs. 120/- for OBC (A), OBC (B) and Physically Challenged candidates on submission of appropriate documents to the Sales Counter).

How to Apply: 

Eligible Candidates may send their applicaton with detailed bio-data and relevant documents & Demand Draft to the University of Calcutta, senate house, 87/1, college street, Kolkata – 700073 within 30 days from the date of advertisement.
