Bentley Systems is seeking talented technical support engineers to become valued members of our Asset Performance Support team in our Pune, India office. Utilize your operational analytics and experience to help supporting our Asset wise Amulet products user base around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to work in highly technical environment using advanced operational/data analytics software.

Qualifications:

• Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or GIS Bachelor Degree
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems
• Technology savvy
• Tactful and patient with users
• Entry position
• Excellent English communication skills required that encompasses the Western Culture
• Knowledge of databases (SQL Server or Oracle), Programming skills is an asset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc)

Responsibilities:

• Answering user questions over the phone, email and web portal
• Write technical articles on the Bentley Communities site informing users on specific technical topics
• Contribute to software testing from time to time.
