Job description:-

Will be responsible for lead generation and counseling of candidates who are interested to join banking sales job.

Will BTL activities and networking in education institutes like colleges, coaching classes, etc. To generate leads and maintain database of the same

Will be responsible for monthly and yearly target allocated to him/ her for bulk sourcing.

This is a field job & requires frequent traveling to different cities depending upon the client/organizational requirement

Will participate in job fair organized by colleges, employment exchanges or any other groups/institutions/ associations, etc.

Should follow the recruitment process strictly defined by the client/ organization

Should maintain cordial relation with the channel partner, service provider, candidate and client to get continuous business
