Job Responsibilities :
To ensure timely receiving of the samples & processing them.
Checking for adequacy of the sample for testing, haemolysis, lipaemia.
Taking worksheets printouts.
To cross check the patient name & ID on the sample container and the bar code stuck on the container. [2nd level check] and the tests requested for.
Running daily QC, weekly and monthly IQC program, EQAS & ILQA.
Running EQAS & ILQA samples.
Processing samples.
Informing the reports of the patients to nursing staff telephonically if required.
Recording refrigerator temperature and room temperature.
Running daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of all the equipment. Updating the reagents taken for loading in the instrument & checking the daily inventory stock.
Completion & verification of reports.
Preparing stains/reagents
Managing policy documents concerning NABL, NABH and JCI
Performing any other job as told by senior.
Responsible for smooth functioning of the lab.
Salary:INR 1,50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
