Call Center Executive (CCE). CCE’s to facilitate customer orders as well as providing excellent customer service, verbal communication and utilizing problem solving skills. Additionally, agents will be required to enter secure and personal data into various fields to complete orders providing that accurate information is captured. Calling involves calling U.S. customers throughout the USA.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 0-3 months experience in sales or customer service (Internataional&domestic are preffered only with good English communication skills)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience basic operation of a computer
- College Graduate
Preferred Qualification:
- Must be able to read an English script in a clear and articulate manner
- 3 months experience in an inbound or outbound call center
Candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to handle customers in professional and polite manner. Must be able to handle approximately 100 calls an hour reading a brief script and disposition completed calls correctly. Day and Night shifts available.
