Job Description:

Experience working as a US Recruiter

Experience on Bench sales and Recruiting

Strong Sourcing and Negotiation Skills

Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing staffing services to clients

Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in IT.

Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.

Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.

Must have good communication (Written & oral), presentation & team building skills.

Usage of all portals like Portals -Dice, corp-corp, Monster , Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing.

Negotiating & finalizing salary / rate / hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U.S. Citizens, GC, H1B's. etc.

Strong desire to be a part of a winning team

Team player with leadership skills
