The role is semi-technical in nature, requires strong analytical skills, an aptitude towards researching and troubleshooting technical issues. This position will require working in Night Shifts.Freshers:
Fresh B.Com (Computers), BSc (Computers) & MSc (Computers) (2012 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics
Laterals:
1-3 years of experience in MS-office applications. MS Access or other database skills is a plus
Analytical, Problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in dealing with business unit contact(s) would be helpful
Basic SQL knowledge mandatory and aptitude to learn more
Ability to quickly react to and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to meet aggressive and often demanding timelines
Prior experience / exposure in call handling (technical support and/or payroll support preferred)
Should have the ability to multi task and meet conflicting priorities
Should be a strong team player
This position will require working in Night Shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1, first point of contact for all ADPR issues, level phone and email support to all clients using ADPR.
Help clients on data selection, report creation, feature functionality, and select output formats. Support may also include providing assistance with calculations and data analysis.
Identify client training needs and assist them to register for trainings session on the http://ilearn.adp.com
Troubleshoot issues related to the ADP Reporting application.
Troubleshoot ADP Reporting connectivity issues and escalate as necessary.
Receive and request system enhancements.
Coordinate escalation to other ADP support groups as needed.
Develop a knowledgebase database (LUMIN), designed to transfer information to clients and internal associates
Perform report, data, and SQL analysis when requested by Clients or Implementation
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools. Ability to document/log in appropriate tracking systems i.e., SIEBEL CRM.
Regularly monitor the status of open requests, escalate as necessary, communicate status of requests to internal and external clients within established timeframes, service level agreements (SLA) and ensure management awareness of key issues impacting client satisfaction.
Works closely with stakeholders (client or internal departments) and act as a liaison between different departments to ensure quick turnaround times
Perform other additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Associates will need to work a staggered sift to accommodate all US time zones (Eastern, Central and Pacific).
