Analyst-1
Eligibility :
- 2013 batch BE/BTech (from CS/IT/EC/EEE branches)
- Must be from colleges like NITs/IIITs/BITS Pilani/ISM Dhanbad/NSIT Delhi/DTU Delhi/Thapar Patiala and equivalent- Good Academics and pH score

Desired Skills :
- Good understanding of Data structures and Algorithm concepts
- Exposure to Java related technologies is strongly preferred, though not a must
- Strong analytical, problem solving and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong work ethics

Job responsibilities :
- Candidates will go thru on the job training that would include technology and business
- He would get a chance to work with different teams to get well rounded exposure to various aspects of software development
- Career lines can be groomed to Relationship Management/BA/Dev/QA Manager/Domain experts (SME)/Product management etc
- He would work with project managers, technical leads, business owners and analysts through the entire SDLC
- Understand and refine requirements, design, develop, code review, unit test and finally implement fresh development/enhancement solutions
