Job Role: Software Developer Trainee VC++

Job Summary:

T8 is looking for young technology professionals who are keen to pursue a career in development and are willing to go thru the entire Software Development Life cycle.

T8 believes that these are MUST HAVE attributes
1. Willingness to learn, share and be a team contributor
2. Good VC++ skills in development and the hunger to learn
3. Willingness to train and work across technologies (like Java).
4. Ability to perform to strict deadlines and stringent quality standards.
5. Willingness to travel to customer locations when required
6. Ability to switch roles within the team to cover development, testing, training, implementation and support.
7. Certification in relevant technologies would be an advantage, though not necessary.
T8 would offer freshers (persons with less than one year of experience) a 6 month trainee program.
During this program they would be paid a stipend of Rs. 12000/- (consolidated). After completion of this training they would be assessed and if their performance is found to be acceptable, they will be offered a permanent position in the company. The candidates must be willing to sign a one year financial bond.
T8 would like the persons to be willing to join immediately.
Education:

BE/MCA/BCA/B.sc(Computer science)/ GNIIT (Diploma) and their percentage/grade points should be 60/6.0.
