Job Role: Customer Service Executives
Job Summary:
Receiving calls from customers based out of US
- Solving queries and concerns on the call
- Arranging for any service required by the Customer
- Provide Customer with product and service information
- Up sell Products and Services
- Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements.
Job Specification:
- Should be Customer Centric
- Excellent English (Verbal) Communication Skills
- Working knowledge of Computers
- Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
- Should be willing to work in night shift
- Should be open to change
- Minimum of 18 years of age
Educational Requirements: Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate
Excellent communication skills is a mandate.
