Job Summary:

* Minimum 0.6 - 1yr Exp in Human Resource Management
* Graduate/ Post Graduate - Human Resource management
* Good Communication Skills

* Ready to work in Night Shifts

Recruitment:

Sourcing, Identifying new vendor & driving employee referrals in closing the required numbers with in the TAT.

Employee Relations:
Will work to achieve towards a conducive environment for employee satisfaction ensuring discipline and hygiene is maintained at workplace.
Proactively Connecting with employees to control attrition
Partner with Recruitment as a New Joiners SPOC in Induction
Partner with C&B for Performance Management Process Co-ordination (Confirmation, Anniversary, Annual Appraisals), Bank Account formalities, IJP/Transfer Letters of stakeholders.
