• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Training would be provided for the selected candidates (Social Media Command Center, Webfluence).
Job Description :
• Use to Social Media Analytics and Listening tools to draw data and meaningful insights
• Create Weekly and Monthly Reports with recommendations
• Convert data into intelligence and predict trends
• Competition Tracking and generating digital landscape reports.

The Key Responsibilities for this position include :
• Performing regular social networking activities to engage and connect with fans/members (existing and prospective) of the brand pages, across multiple social networking platforms
• Working within a team structure to create comprehensive social media strategies, to define, implement and manage social media programs that use social media marketing techniques in order to increase visibility, membership and traffic across the brand
• Monitoring trends in social media tools and applications and appropriately applying that knowledge to increase the use of social media for the brand
• Using the tracking data as derived from social media tools & applications and designing & maintaining tracking matrices to effectively report back to brand management team for feedback
• Strategizing with the account management/brand team on incorporating relevant social media techniques to promote the brand’s products and services
• Measuring the impact of social media on overall branding & marketing efforts
• Experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
