Assist and guide the team members in processing their assignments.
Responsible for team's work quality and accuracy.
Responsible for the tracking errors and provide appropriate feedback to team members.
Participate actively in knowledge transfer during new process transition.
Ability to communicate with the Business Centre via email and phone .
Keen to work with numbers and MS office.
