Job Summary :
Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/Other degree from any recognized university.

Must have good communication Skills ( email and phone)

Must have interest on Server and storage field.

Good understanding or basic working knowledge servers and storage devices.

Good Troubleshooting and problem identification skills.

ITIL Certification is preferred

Previous experience in monitoring profile is preferred
Job Description:
The Systems Engineer will be performing the backup activity for servers

Access provisioning request to engineers. Timely response to e-mails and requests

Provide regular updates to end users/requesters and close of their queries within agreed timescales.

Problem escalation to the second level team and follow the defined process.

Attend team meeting and conf call and identify and highlight any issue with process.

Implements improvements to practice and client engagements, ensuring performance targets are met in the business area.
