• Strong knowledge of Operating systems & Networking is must.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Tech Support Engineer, the candidate attending Technical queries of domestic customer preferably related to virus or antivirus with time bound solutions and proficient manner.
• Provide support to customer through phone,remote and on-site visit by using strong analytical skill.
• Escalate the unresolved problems to next level i.e.either Core support or QA team
• Strong observation and analytical skills to troubleshoot the virus problems.
• Collecting the new virus samples/suspicious files found at customer end & submit them to Malware Research Team.
• May require to give technical presentations on pubic platforms as and when required.
