JOB SUMMARY:
1.Business development executives:

• Good Communication skills are must for this profile.
• If candidate has done only B.Tech (CS/IT) salary scale would be- 7500/-.
• If candidate has done B.Tech (CS/IT) and MBA also salary scale would be - 10000/-.

2.Technical support/sales executives:

• Troubleshoot for technical issues related to computers, peripherals, scanners and printers
• Providing technical assistance to international clients
• Should focus on selling of Annual/Per incident plan
• Technical Sales process( Inbound/Outbound Voice based) receive the calls of the Customers, Solve their query, up-sell the product
• Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets
