Technical Support Representative must be able to
• Provide technical support to end users via inbound calls, emails, and chat sessions
• Remote Infrastructure support delivery
• Perform problem cause analysis
• Ability to meet a set of defined productivity measurements
• Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and trouble shooting
• 100% voice process
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
