Job Shift : Night Shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST)

Compensation : Base salary plus target incentives Stock options

• MBA (Preferable) or B.E/B.Tech (65% with no standing arrears)

Job Description :
• The ideal candidate for this position should have a sense of urgency and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• This position requires excellent prospecting skills.
• Responsible for creating qualified leads with relevant criteria for new account targets within designated territory, uncovering contacts using online sources for C-level individuals at named accounts, and effective account transition to Inside Sales Executives.
• Requires familiarity with Web 2.0 tools. We’re looking for passionate, driven professionals with the energy to handle a fairly high volume of activity and the willingness to do what it takes to succeed.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Development of the prospect pipeline through identification, targeting and soliciting online/phone meetings with prospects and developing qualified leads
2. Clean up and document all leads provided by various corporate marketing programs. Possess the ability and the daily discipline necessary to focus on the important activities
3. Support marketing programs as needed, such as creation and maintenance of mailing lists, invitations
4. Pull data from online sources like LinkedIn, Hoovers, Jigsaw and prospect websites as needed
5. Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team
6. Basic technology industry awareness
7. Lead prospecting to identify, contact and qualify potential customers
8. Closed-loop tracking and metrics reporting to management
9. Meets or exceeds required targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
10. Submits timely updates and inputs in SalesForce.com with an eye for accuracy and detail
11. Responds to telephone calls and email requests from employees in a timely manner
12. Other duties as required.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Proven success in accessing new clients and new markets.
2. Prior experience with Salesforce.com and Lead management solutions like Marketo or Genius is a big plus
3. Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team of peers and partners
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates with additional language skills preferred
5. Well-developed interpersonal skills and professionalism with a high degree of integrity
6. Participate fully in meetings, training sessions, individual professional development and skill building
7. Should be willing to working in the US shifts aka night shifts
