JOB SUMMARY:
Candidate Profile and Job Description:

Candidate Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.A./M.Sc./M.Com. in the relevant subject with B.Ed. As per G.O.Ms.No. 361 School Education Department dated 31.12.1999.
Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board issued recruitment notification for filling the various 2881 vacancies of Post Graduate Assistant Teacher posts.

Required Educational Qualification :
Candidates who want to fill Online application form of TNTET 2013 they should have mention qualification according to the class.

• For becoming teacher of Class I to V : Higher Secondary Course (10+2) pattern and D.Ted (Diploma in Teachers Training) / DIET.
• For becoming Teacher of Class VI to VIII : Bachelor's degree under 10+2+3 pattern and have B.Ed degree .

Application Fee :
Candidates who want to apply for TN TET 2013, they have to pay some Amount.

• General Candidates have to pay Rs. 500 as examination fee and Rs. 50 as application fee.
• SC/ST/Physically challenged candidates need to pay Rs. 250 + 50 as application fee.

TNTET 2013 Exam Date :

• Tamil Nadu TET 2013 Paper - I : 17th August, 2013 (10:00 AM to 01:00 PM)
• Tamil Nadu TET 2013 Paper- II : 18th August, 2013 (10:00 AM to 01:00 PM)

Application Fee :

• General Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-.
• SC/ST/PWD Candidates need to pay Rs. 250 in the form of challan of SBI/Indian Overseas bank.

Selection Process : Selections will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Written Test and Weight age Marks for period of wait in Employment Exchange and Teaching experience.

How to Apply : Eligible Candidates have to submit dully filled application form in forms at the office e of the Chief Educational Officer concerned, and obtain acknowledgement for the same.

The Application Form (OMR format) along with Prospectus can be purchased (from 31.05.2013 to 14.06.2013) in person from the Office of the Chief Educational Officers of all 32 Districts in Tamilnadu on payment of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) in cash towards the cost of the Application Form and Prospectus.
