Job Details:

The candidate should  possess B.Tech (All) degree & Graduates in any stream
Should be above 18 years & below 40 years of age.
Should be comfortable working in night shifts i.e. 24x7x365 environment.
Freshers are welcome.
Should have 1 year experience in any international BPO would be an added advantage.
Relevant expereince of any industry would be taken into consideration.
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, Lexical Resource)
Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.
Should have the understanding of ISP/Networking concepts Possess good organizational & time management skills
Should display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
