• Knowing to read various loan documents and preparing the Final closing documents..
• Minimum of 3 years of Mortgage Experience.
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts based on Client requirement.
• Willingness to work on weekends based on client requirement.

Job Description:

• Review the Approved Mortgage Loans to verify that all standard guidelines are met prior to closing.
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate brokers/lenders to request for specified documents, such as receipt for payment of outstanding tax bill etc and to resolve any queries regarding closing requirements.
• Work with the Title Companies to ensure payoffs, subordinations and hazard insurance certificates are in the file and are accurate.
• Confirm loan interest and principal payment, and closing costs using applicable system applications.
• Communicate with borrower, broker, and other specified individuals to arrange time and date for closing.
• Review and approve the Final HUD and prepare closing documents.
• Assemble documents for delivery to Title Company, real estate broker, or lending officer for closing.
• Record loan information in system and compile closed loan forms for delivery to marketing department for sale to investors.
