• To provide L1 Tech Support to Quick Heal customers for all Quick Heal products.
• Troubleshooting & problem reporting.
• Handling escalated calls & regular cases via phone, remote & on-site.
• Conduct Quick Heal Staff Training on Quick Heal products.
• Conduct Dealer Enggs Training on Quick Heal products.
• Maintenance of CRM reports, Service Reports & Training Reports.
• In addition to the above, this profile covers pre-sales tech support also.
