  Eligibility Criteria:

• Complete Fresher;
• 6 months to 1 Year Call Centre Experience;
• Excellent Communication Skills;
• Strong Customer Service skills with good and Phone / E-mail etiquette;
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts and Weekends based on client requirement;
• Should have good analytical skills;
• Should have eye for detail;
