•  M.Tech, MBA & MCA (or equivalent) NOT eligible.
• Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST.
• Candidates should not be part of any Regular Academic course.
• Should be willing to work in Night Shifts (Rotational shifts)
• Should be ready to work in either Technical & Non-Technical VOICE process.
• Should possess sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
• Should have the ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone.
