• The IT support Engineer will act as the single point of contact to the users (mainly employees) for all IT related requirements.
• The responsibilities of the IT support Engineer will be to:
• Provide first level IT support to the users in USA office.
• Manage IT helpdesk by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the user"s desktop
• Troubleshoot Network related issues.
• Troubleshoot Login and domain related issues.
• Troubleshoot Operating System and general Software related issues.
• Record escalations from employees and notify the IT head on any operational escalations and complaints.
