Job Description :
- Logging tickets in and Assigning to engineers.
- Troubleshooting over the phone.
- Follow up with Engineer for closure.
- Response to customer queries via mail and phone.
- Conducting meeting with the engineer for better practices and knowledge sharing.
- Acting as a Call desk Lead.
- Maintaining 0% Violation. Tracking and completing the calls within the SLA time.
