Job Description:

Genpact Walk-in Drive For HR Recruiter 24th - 26th June 2013

* Manage the Sourcing, Interviews and Hiring activities for all Entry level positions.

* Sourcing / Headhunting through Job Portals / Social Networking, vendors and campus placement.

* End to End Recruitment.

* Scheduling interviews & follow-up with Candidates.

* Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, Specifications, General Information, Tracking and Applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.

* Develop and Maintain an efficient Electronic Sourcing Mechanism for all Recruitment Positions.

* Maintain and Exceed the defined recruiting SLAs.

* Excellent written & verbal communication.

* Quick learner and Strongly Motivated

* Basic knowledge on Computers, Internet & social media.

* Should be aware of Technical terms & Technologies.

* Aggressive & Passionate towards work.

* Flexible and adaptable.

* Open to Travel Pan India for Recruitment
