Job Description:
Main purpose of job :
Tracking mortgage payment collections and distributing these funds to the respective investors, establishing and maintaining monthly reporting of mortgage loans to investors including, statistics on delinquency, bankruptcy and foreclosure.Duties & responsibilities;
- To pull reports from various sources and to convert them into a usable format.
- Reconciliation of investors accounts before working on finalization of remittances to investors.
- To work on determining the final remit due to the investors by gathering data from various sources
- MBA finance, .
- 0-1 years in accounting would be preferred
