1. Experience in Java/J2EE programming
2. Knowledge of OOPS, data structures, unix and Oracle
3. Strong academic background and good attitude
4. Possess the ability to work independently
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Be able to work with speed and accuracy and be able to multi-task
7. Knowledge of telecom domain is a plus
