Responsibilities:

• Assist the customers with the Training Administration issue/query via Phone, E-mail & Chat
• Provide the customer with resolutions / Training scheduling options
• Generate daily / weekly reports for the customer on Microsoft Excel

Desired Profile:

• Experience-Fresher: ANY GRADUATE WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
• Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills in English
• Willing to work night shifts
• Good to Excellent typing speed / skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
