 Main responsibility is IT recruitment
- To come up with innovative ideas to attract young talent to join the company,
- To take care of end to end recruitment
- To organize and execute the recruitment of trainees for the company and to supervise the same
- Organize campus recruitment and recruitment via jobs fairs and other opportunities
- Manage Performance Appraisals and promotions and growth plans.
- Salary disbursement coordination
- Training coordination and documentation
- Grievance escalation
- Maintaining personal data
- Releasing the offer letter and appointment letter
- Assist in defining Career paths, Counseling and resolution of all HR issues and concerns at both individual and team levels.
