Job Description: Action Request System 7.x and above, ITSM Suite 7.x and above (Help Desk, Change Management, SLA, Asset Management, SRMS, Release Management) , Atrium CMDB 7.x

Job Description:

• Provide Remedy development and support for Remedy ARS based applications including ITSM Suite, ARS Module and custom applications.
• Essential Functions: In-depth experience on the Remedy AR System engine and ITSM suite Remedy. Helpdesk, Remedy Change Management, Remedy Asset.
• ARS System: Notification, Web Services, DSO, Work Flow Objects
• Remedy Server Administration ARS Server Configuration & Patch Management, Email Engine configuration, Distributed Server Option configuration, Log Analysis.
• ITSM Modules: IM/PM, CM, SLM, AM, SRMS.
• Remedy Application Enhancements Ability to modify Action Request System based workflow objects.
• Third Party Integration: AD integration, AIE integration or any other tools, event monitoring.
• Good Understanding of ITIL concepts (Certification preferred).
• Good interpersonal, excellent communication skills, excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, team building skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Desired Profile: 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in either BMC Remedy Development (out of the box customization) or core administration (support/maintenance function) or Mix in case of senior Profile.
