Job Description :

• Should have minimum 1-2 years of experience in Support /IT Help desk Field.
• Candidate should assist the IT Manager in day to day activities.
• Candidate will be responsible for all kind of tickets coming to Service Desk.
• Good knowledge on all versions of Windows OS, MS Office, VM, VPN.
• Resolve daily issues of a complex scope that impact the team and overall business objectives.
• Required Skills: Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Troubleshooting the day to day problems of Users related to OS (Win Xp Professional).
• Trouble-shooter For Network & Computer Hardware Related Problem, Restoring, OS, Data Backup Outlook Issues.
• Maintenance of PC's up gradation and installation etc.
• Creation & Management of various User Accounts and Groups.
• Working With Symantec Antivirus, DHCP and DNS TCP/IP Etc.
• Should have basic knowledge and hands-on to manage server & network calls.
