Good Communication skills
proficency in Java6(JDK 1.6)/ JEE1.5(JSP/JSTL/Servlet/JDBC)
knowledge of atleast one server(tomcat, Websphere, Web logic)
strong knowledge in SQL Server/ Oracle PL/ SQL Programming.
