Job Description: IQ BackOffice, a leading finance and accounting BPO is now looking for Client Service Analyst

Designation : Client Service Analyst

Experience : 0 - 2 yr; Freshers with Excellent Communication skills can also apply.

Job Location : Chennai.

Job Requirements :

1. Any degree. Finance, Accounting or Business is preferred
2. Financial Industry experience is advantageous
3. Previous customer service experience preferred
4. Ideal candidates possess the ability to analyze and solve complex problems, have excellent communication skills, and are team-oriented.
5. Should have excellent communication skill in English.
6. Should possess Good typing Speed. Atleast 30 wpm
7. Should be willing to work in night shifts
8. Should be able to join immediately

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support for the clients via email , and web based contact channels
• Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding process updates.
• Thoroughly track, organize and document all process related activities
• Develop and maintain a full understanding of the process and stay abreast of the updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned
