Job Description :
1. Java/ j2ee developers :

• Excellent programming skills in following Core Java/J2EE segments
• JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, Java Bean components, JMS, JNDI,RMI
• Hands on skills with technologies like Struts, Spring, Hibernate
• Should have good knowledge of Object oriented design patterns
• Ability to utilize the capabilities of WebSphere Application Server (preferable)
• Experience in any ECM/BPM product is an added advantage
• Good logical reasoning
• Good database fundamentals & experience
• Good Core java background

2. C++ developers :

• An ideal candidate should have a good working experience using C++ on Windows.
• The candidate should have a fair knowledge of COM/DCOM.
• Desirable :
• Usage of Windows debugging tools like WinDBG
• SQL
• Network trouble shooting.
