Job Description:

• End-to-end recruiting and placements on our Fortune 1000 Clients projects in US and Canada
• Sourcing 'Perfect-match" candidates utilizing the internet, head-hunt, referrals, networking events and other non-conventional sourcing methods to deliver 'Perfect-match' candidates
• Offer negotiations and on-boarding
• Proactive resume sourcing/pipelining
• Taking ownership of overall Delivery and day-to-day execution of job requisitions for our Customer

Work Location: Pune

Work Hours: 6:00 pm - 3:00 am (Night Shift).
