- Good communication skills
-Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 1 years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree (M.Tech, M.Sc). or Ph.D in fields of Physics, Chemistry,Optics, Material Science, Solid State technology, Bio-Tech, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical or related fields.
-Preferred: Understanding of IC processing, Optical systems, Optics, Image processing.
