Job Description:

NIIT Walk In Drive For Graduate Freshers/Exp From 9th to 12th July 2013

Responsibilities:

* Documentation and ongoing task management
* Timely and accurate service delivery
* Communication: client team touch base
* Working with team and managers to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

Desired Profile:
* 0-2 years of experience (voice and non voice)
* Only Graduates need to apply (BA / BCom / BBA / BHM / BSC / BCA)
* No Full time MCA / MBA / BTech / B Ed
* Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders
* Open to work in rotational shifts 24 * 5
* Working knowledge of Computers
