Job Description:

• To identify possible issues that can occur, to troubleshoot when incident happens and provide first level fix or first level support.
• Making sure that the impact on availability of the services TomTom provides to their customers are minimized. Incident Management throughout its lifecycle right from detecting to bringing that incident to closure.
• Provide inputs to Problem Management team to perform Root Cause Analysis.
• To propose technical solutions within the scope of own expertise which fully take into account the needs of all those who will come into contact with the operational products & TechOps managed applications for both internal and external customers.
