We are looking out for Unit Sales Manager responsible for -
* Generating business through assigned channels: Banca/Agency/Direct/Motor Dealer
* Recruiting, Training and Motivating Agents/ Sales Officers
* Building and Maintaining Healthy Relationship
* Maximizing own share of Business in Channel
* Ensuring adherence to defined processes
* Motivating sales channels for growth in Business Generation
* Executing Sales Promotional Activities
* Providing After Sales Service
