• Process day to day user administration requests ( add / amend / delete users ).
• Create tickets in CRM tool and manage end to end requests.
• Create/amend/delete access for Network / Windows / UNIX / Mainframe / application / folders.
• Interact with customers via phone / email.
• Follow process and procedures.
• Adhere to SOX Guidelines.
