Job Profile :

• Help support the entire recruiting process, including sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and administrating the on-boarding of all new employees
• Source candidates for various company positions through cold calling, networking, posting on job boards, and other prospecting means.
• Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates through networks and active sourcing.
