4. Receive and respond to query calls /emails from customer
5. Receive and respond to query calls / emails from engineer and internal team
6. Escalate to Level 2 for technical support
7. log calls with CCA for engineer visit
8. log calls with Network vendor for resolution

Check and release Docket number to engineers confirming of SDMS working Skills Required :

1. Good Communication Skills are must.
2. Good command on MS Excel is required.
3. Basic Networking Knowledge is preferable Educational Requirement HSC Passed or above
